Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope both you and your pup are happy with the items you received. Should this not be the case, then please contact us straight away and let us know: help@wellnessforwoofs.co.uk

Within 14 days of delivery, we will be happy to offer you either an exchange, a refund or store credit (minus delivery charge, unless item was delivered faulty in any way). Please note that returned items must be in their original packaging, complete and in perfect condition, and no items should be returned without first communicating with us via email.

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of any return posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Please remember to include a note in your parcel detailing your name and address, order number, reason for return and preferable compensation method (exchange, refund or store credit).

Please note: we do not cover the cost of postage for returns.
